Before hiring a suit or tuxedo at Mike O’Connell’s, we would ask that you read our terms and conditions.

• All hire outfits must be fitted in-store to ensure correct sizing.

• Specific styles and sizes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed without a confirmed booking.

• Payment can be made at the fitting, collection, or return of the suits.

• We offer flexible returns for convenience but would ask you return the suit relatively promptly so that they can be cleaned and made available for other customers

• Shirts are provided on a hire basis and must be returned unless otherwise agreed at the time of hire.

• Unreturned or damaged shirts will be charged at the current retail price.

• Shoes are not available for hire due to hygiene reasons.

• Formal shoes are available for purchase at a cost of €69.99.

• Customers are responsible for all hire items during the rental period.

• Excessive damage, staining, or loss of items may result in cleaning or replacement charges.

• Minor wear and tear is acceptable and expected.

• Significantly late returns may incur a late fee.

• Items not returned within 14 days without contact may be considered lost and charged at full replacement value.

• Please inform us of cancellations as early as possible. Store credit may be offered if payment was already made where applicable.

• Changes to style, size, or dates must be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability.

• Additional fittings or try-ons can be arranged by appointment.

• Last-minute changes should be made as soon as possible.

• Hired garments are intended for formal use only and must not be altered.

• Mike O’Connell’s Menswear is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

• All goods (except shoes, shirts and/or suits when purchased in full) remain property of Mike O’Connell’s at all times. 
• Do not attempt to clean, press, or alter the hired garments yourself. Professional cleaning is included in the hire fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse hire services at our discretion, including for repeat damage or late returns.
• Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Irish consumer law.
